POLICY
IBCO SERVICES will:
- Comply with all applicable laws, industrial and contractual requirements
- Perform its business activities in such a manner as to prevent or minimize harm to people or damage to assets, the environment or the reputation of the company or stakeholders
- Operate HSSE & SR as a line management responsibility
- Make employees aware that they are accountable for own safety and others’
- Authorise employees to stop work if it is unsafe to do or continue.
- Include HSSE performance in employee appraisal and incentives
- Use training as a motivational and skill development tool to ensure that employees are competent and adequately equipped to do their work safely
- Involve employees in development of programmes and processes
- Require contractors, partners and service providers to manage their HSSE affairs in line with this policy
- Periodically review and update policy in response to business needs for continual improvement
- Publish, issue and explain policy to all employees
